Nice to meet you,
I'm Ola Serebryany, currently working at Autodesk BIM 360 on complex systems for the construction industry.
I love working on solutions which help people to do their jobs, and make their day-to-day tasks easier. I’m passionate about research methodologies, so I can make sure I’m focused on the right problems, and finding the right solutions for them.
More about me
LUMA Site Lead - LUMA is a Design Thinking toolkit for innovation, and as site-lead I was in charge of organising the training process. This includes coordinating training for the Tel Aviv office, arranging internal meetups to share methods, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and helping other teams plan their design thinking activities.
Creating Info Nuggets Database - The Info Nugget method allows for designer and product managers to collect all user feedback from an array of origins, and help make sense of it.
I created the database for my team, which was so effective, the template is now being used by other product teams.
Speaking at a Figma Meetup - Sharing my experience building and working with a shared components library with the Figma community in Israel.
Awarded Above and Beyond Achievement for my work leading the Submittals Module
in BIM 360.
Escape Room - Hackathon initiative to create a construction-themed escape room, using BIM 360 products. The goal was to get all team members (well, the brave ones) to learn about different parts of our product, while having fun.
Outside work, I’ve recently discovered (to my surprise) a new passion for playing soccer and skiing. Usually, I'm all about having a cocktail, while relaxing on the beach.
